Yes. The One-bedroom apartment (1+1), the Two-bedroom apartment (2+1) and the Studio apartment (1+0) all have their own kitchen. You can make breakfast and dinner whenever you like.

The One-bedroom apartment (1+1) sleeps 2–3 and the Two-bedroom apartment (2+1) sleeps 4–5; both have a separate bedroom and a living room. The Studio apartment (1+0) sleeps 1–2, with the bed and living space in one room.

Yes. The building has a lift and security cameras. Getting upstairs with a suitcase, a stroller or shopping bags is easy, and families staying with children can relax.

Yes, our apartments suit weekly and monthly stays. Just send us your dates and how many people are coming, and we'll tell you straight away what is available and the current price for your length of stay.

We give you the current price straight away on the phone or on WhatsApp. Send your check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests and the apartment type you'd like, and we'll reply with the price and availability.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, ask in advance and we'll arrange it subject to availability. At check-in, a passport is all each guest needs; Turkish citizens can also use their national ID card.

Marmaray Bakırköy station is about 600 metres away, an 8-minute walk. The M1A metro and Metrobus stops in İncirli are about 18 minutes on foot.

You can pay in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card at the apartment, in Turkish lira. You never have to share your card details online, and your booking is confirmed in writing.
